ORDERS
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be calculated and added at checkout.
We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals and make sure to follow our socials and subscribe to our emails.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In the unlikely event that we send you an incorrect order, or there is a manufacturer’s defect on one of the items we will immediately reship at our expense
If you purchased one of out accessories and wish to receive a different design or a refund, please email us at info@houseofkon.com to start the process.
You have 30 days from date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
Clearance and discontinued items are final sale.
Unfortunately House of Kon cannot cover the cost of return shipping for refunds or exchanges.
If you have had any issues with your order, please reach out to info@houseofkon.com with your order number and detailed description of the problem. We do our best to help you!
Refunds on returns will be processed (if applicable) once the return item has been received and inspected. Returns must be in the original package with labels still attached. This must be pre-arranged, please do not send items back without contacting us first.
In the event of a manufacturers defect, we will offer to resend a replacement or a refund for the cost of the item.
If a package is returned to us through no fault of your own, we will reach out and offer to reship the package or a full refund. If the order is returned to us due to refusal to accept package, a wrong address is provided, or unpaid duties we will refund the cost of the items less any shipping paid.
Clearance and discontinued items are final sale.
House of Kon is not responsible for any return or exchange shipping fees.

House of Kon is based in Columbus, Ohio. Ohio residents will be charged sales tax on every purchase. Residents of 31 other U.S. states will be subject to internet sales tax.
All international orders are not charged any sales tax. Local customs duties and tax may be applicable. These charges are decided by your local customs agency and Drag Syndicate has no control over these. House of Kon is not responsible for any duty and taxes incurred by import.
All charges to your card or Paypal account will appear from House of Kon.
We currently take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.
SHIPPING

It depends on where you are. We try to process orders within 24 hours of purchase, but typically orders take 1-2 business days to process from the date of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). U.S. orders usually will take 3-7 business days to arrive. International deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Your tracking number will be included in your shipment notification. If you have not received this please check your spam filter and whitelist Drag Syndicate.
All orders are shipped through USPS or UPS. USPS post shipments will be delivered via your local mail carrier.
USA:
Standard typically takes 2-6 days.
Canada:
Standard typically takes 5-8 business days.
International:
USPS typically takes 7-11 business days depending on the service selected at checkout.
All orders can be tracked via USPS or UPS websites. Your tracking number is always included in your shipping notification.
If you have signed up for an account, your tracking number will be available in your order history.

International shipping costs are determined by location and are available on the cart & checkout pages.
All US orders $75 and above (before tax) qualify for FREE shipping. International orders $150 and above (before tax) qualify for FREE shipping.
Please contact your local post office of UPS and give them your tracking number to see if a parcel has been left for you; In certain cases a parcel will be left at a local post office if the recipient is not available upon delivery. If you have not been able to locate the parcel after doing this please email info@houseofkon.com with your order number and shipping address.
